Melissa Davis is a one of a kind Realtor, and more importantly, she is a one of a kind human being!! She is highly skilled, detail oriented, and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. Wow. What can I say about Melissa Davis? If you need a realtor for buying or selling your home, look no further. I just closed on my home 2/14/17 and Melissa was there every step of the way making sure that everything went smooth. From initial negotiations, to writing up the contract and helping me deal with the builder regarding upgrades, Melissa was there to help and advise me. A lot of people will say, aEURoeWell thats her job, shes getting a big commission at the end when you closeaEUR?. Let me tell you with Melissa the money to be made had nothing to do with it. She is just genuinely great and went WAY over and above her job as my realtor (She also ALWAYS answers her phone when you call, which I was extremely impressed with). I recently lost my wife and while picking out colors, tile, floors, etc. for my new house I depended on Melissa for that womans touch that guys just dont have and my house turned out spectacular. Point being is helping your client pick that stuff with the builder is NOT in the realtor job description. My closing was smooth and I cant thank Melissa enough for all of the hard work she put in on this deal and for taking time out of her busy schedule to help me. Second to NONE!
