've bought and sold many homes over these long years and never ever had the good fortune to work with a better group of folks - the realtor Carrie wowed me with her service - excellent communication, always TiMELY, and a bonus of a great personality and an unusual understanding of noting the things big and small that can give you a headache later. I'm guessing that the entire staff is similarly equipped because that type of service almost always comes from the top down but Carrie is exceptional. We all know that everything today is so much harder because of the pandemic - because in person meetings are not wise there's a ton more emails, phone calls and texts to get all of the necessary paperwork and questions resolved - and I saw that the support staff at the agency was as flawless as any I've ever worked with. All of the necessary steps: showing, offer, acceptance, inspection, repairs, paperwork LOTS of ppwk behind the scenes as well as landing in my email inbox for an electronic signature - all was swiftly handled within the first couple weeks - then I could just focus on packing. I've worked with other agencies who can't get it RIGHT the first, second, third or fourth time and it's so stressful and unnecessary. I'll share that I am in my 60's - have bought and sold many homes - never had a better experience - and I have to add that the home inspector they recommended was head and shoulders above any I've ever met or worked with - Scott - the founder of SLS Home Inspections. If you're buying or selling at this difficult time I recommend that you choose these folks to assist you - I have to say I was shocked at how seamless the process was. (And nope I don't know anyone who works there! I live in Chicago and I want to hear crickets at night instead of sirens.) Many thanks to the McColly Team. "
