We were first time home buyers. Having no idea what to look for or who to complete our inspection, Max really made this process a breeze. Max was able to set up multiple home showings and was always available. I felt bad often asking questions after work hours and on weekends, but Max was always there to help. He is very professional and made this process really easy. He recommended an excellent closing attorney and a mortgage lender, because of this we got an amazing rate! I had originally tried to use another lender but the one Max recommended was amazing and will certainly do business with them in the near future. We were originally looking to move to West Hartford and quickly realized how hard it was to find a place in our price range. Max found multiple properties in nearby towns and we found a wonderful turn-key townhome. I had no idea what to offer and Max made sure to offer a fair price. Max did everything in his power to help us get into a home. The first few places we were outbid, but thats the nature of Real Estate. No matter what happened I knew Max was in our corner and would find us a place! Thank you again, Max!
