Mike has served as my realtor for a number of years, helping me to find and purchase my family home in record time. As I recall, I told him what I was looking for, he researched area properties and took me out for viewings. At each property he asked detailed questions to narrow down my requirements - and even those things I was just hoping for but not expecting to find. We found the home I eventually purchased the very same day. He was very helpful when it came to assisting with the logistics of a home purchase, going out of his way to provide recommendations for lenders, lawyers, home inspectors - whatever I asked for. He was never pushy or ingratiating, but always respectful and responsive. After the home purchase, he made sure to maintain contact, and our family looked forward to his Holiday gift bag that he personally delivered every year. When the time came 7 years later to sell the house, I reached out to him immediately, despite being approached by numerous other realtors, many of whom focused exclusively on the subdivision in which my house was listed. But due to his exemplary customer service, his consistent and transparent communication, and his professionalism, I never doubted that I would list my property with him when the time came. Unfortunately, the timing for my listing was not the best and there were challenges with trying to differentiate my listing from the glut of others in the inventory at that time, but though he was realistic about the challenges we faced, he didnt give up or suggest that I compromise what I needed just so that he could get a quick sale. He was persistent and ultimately we prevailed, selling my property for my asking price with a minimum of fuss throughout the closing process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family - he is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and committed to his customer. He sets the bar high...
