It has been my pleasure working with Jeff on the purchase of our first home. Jeff knows the market, the process and does all his best to make sure everything goes fast and smooth. He is well organized and responsible person, he was always available on a phone and email and kept us informed of where we are and what will be the next step.Jeff listened well, was attentive to our needs and strived to understand our likes and dislikes. He didnt try to steer us to view homes that didnt fit the profile we discussed with him. We didnt feel rushed, nor were his opinions about each home we viewed anything less that 100% sincere.He did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make our experience special. Since we were new to the area, he offered his help and spend several days showing us the area, sights and interesting places. We felt ourselves spending time with an old friend rather than a realtor, and we really appreciate that.Jeff is very communicative and has great people skills which helped us to get useful additional information about houses we viewed and gave us advantage when we negotiated offer details with sellers.Jeff is highly recommended! He is a true professional and we feel really lucky to deal with him!

After working with Jeff during the search and purchase of our first home, when the time came to look for another one, there was no need to look for or ask about any other agents in the area. I am not an optimist, more of a pessimist/realist, and truthfully I cannot name a single flaw that I saw in Jeff.Pros: Professional, No-Pressure Advice, Punctual, Understanding, Willing To Take Time and Travel To Look At Any And All Properties The Client Desires, Comfortable Ride With Personalized Climate Control For His Clients, Has Awesome Green Tea Mints In His Car.Cons: None! Honestly, it doesn't cost anything to call and chat with Jeff. After that, it will become clear exactly what I am talking about. Oh and by the way, I am not Jeff's friend, co-worker, or family member; just a very satisfied client.

Amazing from start to finish. Knew exactly what to say, what to do and oh yeah, did I mention he knew every nook and cranny in the book about real estate. Jeff educated us completely on buying a house and pretty much held our hand through the process. The seller kept changing her mind on selling and Jeff told us to just hang in there and everything will work out. It did!! We are happy with the purchase and appreciated his work. His communication skills were out of this world. Text, email, phone calls, I mean whatever, he was always updating us the entire time. Never had that type of service in any industry. Just great all around. Treats you like a family member. I actually had another agent and it was like a breath of fresh air when Jeff came along. The other agent felt wrong and we were tense with her. With Jeff we were very relaxed and were able to actually have time to think about what we wanted, instead of being pressured by the other agent.
