It has been my pleasure working with Jeff on the purchase of our first home. Jeff knows the market, the process and does all his best to make sure everything goes fast and smooth. He is well organized and responsible person, he was always available on a phone and email and kept us informed of where we are and what will be the next step.Jeff listened well, was attentive to our needs and strived to understand our likes and dislikes. He didnt try to steer us to view homes that didnt fit the profile we discussed with him. We didnt feel rushed, nor were his opinions about each home we viewed anything less that 100% sincere.He did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make our experience special. Since we were new to the area, he offered his help and spend several days showing us the area, sights and interesting places. We felt ourselves spending time with an old friend rather than a realtor, and we really appreciate that.Jeff is very communicative and has great people skills which helped us to get useful additional information about houses we viewed and gave us advantage when we negotiated offer details with sellers.Jeff is highly recommended! Working with Jeff on the purchase of our home was a fantastic experience. The first thing that's evident is Jeff's professionalism and quick responses to any inquiries we had. He was always very easy to deal with and had great advice along the way. Unlike other agents who seem to be in a hurry to make their commission, Jeff was methodical in evaluating all of the aspects of the house we were considering, always pointing out anything that seemed even a little questionable. A suspicious eye is a great trait for real estate agents to have. He took his time to make sure the comps we used were relevant and the offer we made was in the right ballpark. As a result, we were able to find a house, make an offer and open escrow in less than two weeks from when we started looking, and this was in the super hot real estate market of the summer of 2013. We would definitely recommend working with Jeff on any real estate transaction.
