There is so much good to be said about Mrs. Francis Smith! She helped above and beyond what one could hope for. She helped to view several homes and went out of her way to find our current home here in Flordia which we really enjoy. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Francis Smith to anyone looking to purchase a home, she is honest, hardworking, consistent, and understanding of all our needs. She was able to answer all my questions when we had a problem swiftly answering a solution and helping me solve any issues, and put me in the right direction to have a happier, healthier, and better life to live in the wonderful state of Florida. I moved from Michigan, a very cold wintery state and she was able to Facebook messenger me to help view properties. Her efforts have made it possible for me to be here for at least 2 weeks going forward and I noticed my health has improved. Mrs. Francis was able to help assist with communications with the finance company and with all the people who helped with the procedures to close on the house. The day we arrived she greeted us with a warm welcome and a wonderful housewarming gift. Without her help I wouldn't have been able to purchase this property I am very thankful for her efforts. In my experience, she is the best realtor I have done business with!
