Cynthia showed us a home in Abingdon, provided us a tour and introduced us to the owners. She was extraordinarily helpful, observant and personable during the viewing, and an absolute pleasure to interact with! In the process of trying to negotiate a sale price with the owners, she was responsive and prompt to update offer contracts and relay information between us and the sellers. The owners opted to not sell us their home, but I walked away with a great deal of appreciation for the extra miles Cynthia went to help come to an agreement, and her endless patience with my questions, comments and concerns. I'm not the kind of person who writes reviews, good or bad; but Cynthia left such a positive impression on me in our dealings that sharing how great a realtor and wonderful person she is is the least I can do!
