Matt is a super agent. Matt helped us sell our house in Marshalton Wilmington, and buy a new home in North Wilmington. Growing up in North Wilmington, Matt was extremely knowledgable about the area, what we should expect with our budget and the local comps. We were shocked when he listed our old home for way above what we thought it was worth and amazed when it sold $15k above that! When we found the home we loved, we offered asking price but Matt worked in an escalator for $10k more to show the listing agent we wouldn't be beat. We got the house (for asking price) and are so happy with how Matt treated us and got us a great deal on both sides. Matt was great at explaining the pros and cons of each prospective house and estimates on future upgrades. He's funny, ambitious and passionate about finding you the dream of your home for the best deal possible. Since Matt is so well known and sought after, he'd sometimes take up to 12 hours to be able to text or call, but I still was very happy because when we did speak, he would answer every single question we had and more. I highly recommend Matt for any real estate help you need!
