Mike Colombo was our agent as we looked for a condo in the Norfolk-Middlesex counties area of MA during the late summer/early fall of 2010. We had looked in the area since selling our house in Monroe, NY in June,2009 and had been renting in the Franklin area in the interim. We had originally intended to retire to the Chapel Hill/Raleigh, NC area (and had looked there, especially the town of Cary), but the birth of our first grandchild in MA naturally changed our plans. Our first two times out with Mike were near misses because he was very thorough in his presentations and perceptive in what we would like , after his first interview with us. He kept sending us listings through his website after we decided on a two week house hunting moratorium to go on vacation. One of the listings caught our eye and we asked him to show us the condo(which we bought!!). Mike was extremely helpful and realistically upbeat during the negotiatons, financing, inspection, and moving components of our move!To sum up, Mike Colombo is a great realtor who dealt with a couple of people who had seen a lot of the area, constantly compared it to what we had seen in NC; he was organized, thorough, cheerful, and not pushy during the entire process.
