When we bought our home in 2015, Melissa was the sellers agent. As a buyer we had several concerns and questions about the home. Melissa and her company worked closely with us to address our concerns and answered all our questions in highly professional way, and that made reluctant buyers like us so comfortable to make the crucial decision to buy the home eventually. Since then I have seen Melissa listing several houses in the neighborhood and selling all of those much faster than other agents who listed similar houses in the area. After five years, when we decided to sell the home I had no second thought regarding whom to hire as our listing agent! Just after my first meeting with her, I realized her profound knowledge about the Grafton & surrounding market. She used highly realistic pricing strategy and that resulted in selling our home much faster than I thought. In fact, we got three offers in a single day and that helped us to maximize the selling price!Another noteworthy service is that Melissa helped us to find reasonable & reliable contractors who could do several small jobs needed to be taken care of before the staging and after the inspection. She has extreme patience and is a great listener! Also, she is always very prompt in replying to our emails and texts. My wife and I worked with Melissa Ellison to sell our home in Spring of 2015.
