UPDATE 01/2021: We just finished working with Adam on the sale of our prior home and are delighted to share that Adam is just as awesome from the seller's side of the table. If you're buying or selling a home in north central Florida, I don't know why you'd want to work with anyone else.We loved working with Adam! Bottom line: Adam was responsive, efficient, and darn good at what he does. Adam was referred to me from out of state and recognized immediately I was an out of state buyer with some specific concerns and needs. He made sure to bring me up to speed on city of Gainesville, the market and my options while never talking down to me. I felt he took pride in answering all my questions promptly and wanted to me to be an informed buyer, not just a buyer. On top of that, Adam was able to exceed our expectations and get us into a place quickly that met all requirements. That's never a guarantee anymore (to happen quickly at least) and we are extremely grateful for his diligence. He is truly a local real estate professional who is an expert in his field and region. I would highly recommend Adam Gurske to anyone in the market and can say with confidence we will be back to use him again as life dictates.

We first met Adam a couple of years ago when we received one of his postcards offering a free market analysis of our home. Even knowing we weren't looking to sell our house for 2-3 years, Adam spent time with us to advise what we could do to make our house more sellable (and what not to spend time and money to do.) He kept in touch every six months or so to see if there was anything he could do for us or if we had any questions. There was never any pressure from him to change our time frame and his "check-ins" were very helpful because we did have questions as the time came closer.After we made a number of the suggested improvements ,(powerwashing, painting, clearing the lakefront area, etc.) he volunteered to come by at our convenience to see if there was anything else we might want to consider doing before going on the market. He indicated everything looked good and told us we'd be ready for him to schedule the photographer after we had depersonalized the interior.) From that time things moved very quickly. but Adam kept us in the loop at all stages of the process. The photographs and video tour he provided were excellent and showed our home to its best advantage. The listing description was well done, accurate but enticing. Within a couple of days he presented us with 3 solid offers, one of which was over asking price. He prepared analyses of the offers to help us compare them (financing, down payments, cash, etc.) which was quite helpful. We made our decision and Adam kept in contact all the way through the closing process. We always felt confident about what was going on and that we were dealing with a true professional who really cared about the people with whom he was working.We would definitely recommend Adam to anyone if asked. And if we ever had another property to sell we would absolutely contact Adam immediately.
