We wish every person we had to deal with when buying and selling a home was like our realtor! Adam Gurske is simply fabulous! He kept us informed every step of the way and found solutions to solve those invariable wrinkles that popped up. He is a delight to work with. He has built up a solid network of professionals to make both buying and selling a home go as smoothly as possible. We totally put Adam through his paces! He listened to what we wanted and showed us a variety of homes. He always made excellent recommendations. He is the voice of calm when the rest of the market is going crazy. We contracted on one home and then had to withdraw after an unfavorable inspection. We contracted on another one which required dealing with a seller that was out of the country. So many details! Adam was absolutely on top of everything and everyone to close that sale! Then, he got our old home sold in record time! The buyer ended up throwing a few issues into the mix that required A LOT of expertise but Adam got everything back on track and pulled off another successful closing! He is AMAZING. We 100% recommend his services!
