I had been thru two realtors with depressing results. I even tried to sell on my own. My least realtor actually asked me for an advertising budget because my home was a difficult sell. Needless to say I declined so she fired herself. Joy took the time to prepare and market my home. She has a bevy of professionals who staged and photographed my home. Joy narrowed the demographics to focus on the appropriate market. She kept the listing active and at the top of the page. Joy did her homework on why my home was difficult to sell and overcame that obstacle with facts, reports and records. Joy focused on the positive aspects of the property and found an educated buyer that understood the issues were not an obstacle to healthy, natural living for families and nature. I got the highest price possible for my home and a buyer that I know will love the home and yard as I did. That may sound silly but it meant a lot to me.
