I must first say that I am a skeptic, realtors and car salesmen I trust none of them ,but Mr. Shackelford changed my mind about him.Working with Mr. Shackelford was a wonderful experience. From the first day I met him which was the day I went to see my house for the first time. I appreciate the way he gave me a chance to walk around and look at the house alone he did not walk around with me trying to sell the house. As you see he scored very high with all the criteria above, but to me this is his job so he should score high. What impressed me the most was after we signed all the paperwork got the keys and moved into our house. We had a problem. Me thinking as I do I told my husband our house our problem. My husband called Mr. Shackelford and he came right over. He informed my husband that if the owner did not pay to have the issue corrected he himself would. The problem was corrected and it was not at our expense. Thank You Mr. Shackelford. I will say I am still somewhat of a skeptic but I would recommend Mr. Shackelford if you are ever looking for a realtor.
