Eric helped us sell our old home and buy a new one. It's my pleasure to write a second glowing review for him.Eric took time to fully understand our criteria for hour new home. He set up automated systems that would email us when new houses became available. In addition, he talked with several of his colleagues to find houses that weren't listed online. This is a mark of someone who goes above and beyond.Eric helped us greatly through the buying and selling process. He takes care of the millions of "little things" from arranging inspections to ensuring repairs are done on time, and he strikes the perfect balance between keeping us in the loop and taking care of things that don't require our involvement. In short, he goes out of his way to make it easy for us.Eric is extremely responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. It was rare for us not to reach him by phone, and emails/texts were almost always answered within a few minutes.
