Having relocated out of the area before listing my home I needed not only a great real estate agent but someone I could trust to take care of all of the processes involved in selling a home with only being able to get back to the area on a sporadic basis. Having known Eric for many years I knew he was a great choice. Eric met me over the weekend of the fourth of July spending time going through the home and providing valuable feedback and advice. Shortly after I listed the home with him it sold after four days on the market. The whole process went flawlessly as from Eric's initial visit to the home through settlement took less than two months.
