Anne Marie represented both us as buyers and the sellers of a historic building in downtown Waynesboro, GA. Our deal was atypical in several different ways; both us and the sellers live in different states than the property, the building is in the downtown historic district and in need of extensive repair, and then COVID hit just before closing, which we were effected by financially, and had to renegotiate the contract. Anne Marie never missed a step! She kept in constant contact with us, provided us with updates, always answered calls and texts in a timely manner, she put us in contact with all the people who needed to be involved in our project, and was instrumental in guiding us through contract negotiations.
