Keith was very knowledgeable about the area and the process and educated me on both very nicely and patiently. He also wanted me to be aware of the cons of the property and property type I was looking at and the pros of the property types I had begun to lean away form. He had good points to make in these areas and I was glad he raised these issues. I truly appreciated that late in the process when I had some disappointments over some inspection findings and anxiety , he told me I did not need to go through with the deal if I was not entirely comfortable. In fact, the disappointments and anxiety were both mild and I decided to "go through with it" and am happy that I did . Yet I really appreciated that he was concerned with my happiness even at the risk of not making that deal and earning his commission at that time.
