Marcie and T.J. as a team were invaluable to my wife and I as we recently went through the very stressful process of both selling and buying a home in Kitsap County. They got involved early helping us streamline upgrades to our original home, getting professional photos taken and posted, and using their extensive networking resources to quickly attract a buyer. We had an offer the same day we put the house on the market! As we were selling our house we needed to find, purchase, close on, and move into a new house all in a very tight time frame. We could not have done it without them. From visiting houses on a very flexible schedule to scheduling all manner of inspections they were with us every step of the way. They were always only a phone call away to cheerfully answer our many questions. One of the services they provide that I was most grateful for is the use of a box truck for moving - free of charge! Even when our move was complete and we later bought new furniture we were able to use the truck to move it from the store to the house. Finally, as we were closing on the house we purchased we hit a snag: VA would not approve our home loan without a road maintenance agreement. Marcie and TJ went door-to-door that day and got every one of our new neighbors to sign the agreement and we closed on time! My wife and I were very happy that we went with this dynamic, experienced, and dedicated team.
