Buying a home and moving from out of state felt like a pretty daunting task, but Bridgette Wilson and the whole team at Martha Newport Realty walked us through each part of the process with great guidance, responsiveness and support. Bridgette was super responsive and took great effort in listening to the nuances and priorities of what we were looking for. She is a very authentic, trustworty person and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know and spend time with her. It felt like we really had a solid partner in the process of buying our first home. The support from the Martha Newport team with the logistics of paperwork and official processes felt next level. It was always clear who the point person was and each step of the process was clearly laid out which is significant with all the ins and outs of the home buying process. Elizabeth and the whole Alignmint team provided a level of service that we didn't even know to expect from a real estate company. From the initial meeting, Elizabeth was organized, knowledgable and easy to work with. We could tell she knew exactly what to do to get the best sale price in this market. Every detail was covered by Elizabeth, Vernadette and the rest of their team. From minor fixes, a small bathroom remodel to staging, it was all well thought out and left us with very little decisions we had to make.
