As a first time homeowner, with very little knowledge about how to find the right place, I can truly say Sadiki was a huge support! We never thought we will end up buying a property outside NYC but Sadiki helped make this long overdue dream of us happen! We were skeptical at first but Sadiki have told us how lovely it is to live in such a peaceful and relaxing house and neighborhood as well as having nice and kind people around so he convinced us to just look at some of the houses and take it from there. That move surely helped make up our minds as we and our kids instantly fell in love with some of the houses and neighborhoods that he showed us the first time! Negotiation was the hardest part of the process but Sadiki listens well to his clients, guides and give you updates regularly so we were able to pull the whole thing through without much headaches. All contracts and most transactions were done and signed electronically so everything went lightning fast without the hassle of sending and waiting papers thru mail. He is truly a pleasure to work with, very helpful, pleasant and extremely professional. Highly recommended!
