When looking for a realtor to help my elderly parents sell our childhood home, traits such as caring, professional, knowledgeable about the local market, patient, understanding all came to mind. When we met with Ileana and she was extremely patient in explaining the process to my parents and made them feel at ease about the upcoming adventure they were about to embark on. What impressed me the most, is she asked specific questions about the house so she could understand different characteristics she could use as a selling point, she was selling a HOME, not just a house. We met with other realtors who made it seem like just another sale to them. Throughout the entire process, Ileana always followed up with my parents, was very informative and found the right people to buy the home. I would highly recommend her and would choose her again. Home searching with Marcus was an all around wonderful experience. I am telling friends and family about him because my wife and I truly enjoyed working with him from start to finish. Marcus took the stress out of it and made it fun. He made himself available to work around our schedule. Every time we went to look at a house he had researched it ahead of time, arrived early to look through the house, and physically drove around the area to see what the neighborhood and town was like. Marcus was honest and very knowledgeable about assessing the structure of the homes, and the functionality. He was focused on educating and exposing us to all options/styles/locations in order for us to make an informed choice. Quickly we were all on the same page, understanding what we were looking for.
