We met Michelle nearly two years ago when we were looking for a rental. She immediately jumped in her car and began showing us potential rentals. We loved her enthusiasm and knew she was the right agent for us. Since that time, Michelle sold our house in Dublin for a great price and helped us purchase our home in Discovery Bay. It was a difficult process because we used a VA loan and there were some issues, but Michelle never gave up. Michelle's persistence and creativity are the reason we have our dream home. Even though we know she is busy helping many clients, she makes us feel like we are her only clients. She was and is always there for us for whatever we need. I've purchased and sold homes with other realtors and they were fine, but Michelle's responsiveness and negotiating skills are unparalleled. We had been casually looking at a aEURoeForever HomeaEUR? for us to move into over the last two years or so. One Saturday, we noticed an open house in a nearby neighborhood that we really liked and I stopped by while my wife worked the day. I met Michelle and really enjoyed how she had setup the home and the atmosphere she created during the open house. I suggested my wife swing by, unfortunately it wasnt until after the open house had ended. My wife contacted Michelle, who was more than willing to meet her and provide a second showing the following day. It was so nice to have such a busy professional, like Michelle, take the time to meet and not have the guarantee of a sale. Of course my wife loved the home and we began the process of securing the sale. Michelle was constantly available and made us feel as though we were her only clients. I was aware she was balancing several other sales, but never did I feel like we were on the back burner and not a priority. We rolled right into the selling of our previous home, which Michelle was our obvious choice as the realtor. The business connections she has made over the years was a great benefit. Most would agree that buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful, and costly, experiences in a life.
