After many months of trying to sell my house on my own, and 6 months with a broker with no success, I was lucky to meet Adam Wimberly. From the very beginning, Adam demonstrated professionalism, confidence and a hard work ethic. I was very impressed and knew he would be the one to get my house sold. Do to family circumstances I had to leave my house and move out prior to the house selling. Adam went far beyond the call of duty and made sure my house was being cared for. He checked on my property frequently and made sure the house stayed intact. When repairs were needed he arranged for the work to be done, and found the best rates. He went the extra mile and never asked for any additional reimbursement. Adam provided me with weekly updates on my competition, and updates on my house views and showings. I placed my complete trust in Adam to manage and care for my house while I was away (close to 5 months away from the house), and was never let down once. You can be at ease and know that Adam will be honest, trustworthy, and will make sure the job is done right. He was always reachable, and was always responsive to all my concerns.I wouldn't waste your time with another broker. My only regret is not finding Adam Wimberly sooner.
