I met Aaron through a mutual friend, and he came highly recommended. My wife and I were first time home buyers, so we wanted someone who would have the patience and knowledge to take us through the process. From our first meeting, Aaron did just that and more. He took the time to explain every detail of the process and every variable worth considering and not considering. He was always quick to respond via text, email, or phone, and was almost always willing to drop what he was doing to go see a newly listed property. In the end, the house we chose was our choice, but Aaron steered us to it without making us feel pressured. He coached us in our offer, and we ended up getting the home for below what we were willing to pay. Throughout out the closing process, Aaron was attentive, prompt, and focused on making sure we were getting the best deal and a problem-free house. I can't recommend Aaron enough. He's a great guy. Professional, fun, and above all a patient expert on home buying.

We were first time home buyers and pretty inexperienced when Aaron was our realtor. What I appreciated most about him was that he was very easy to work with; responsive, available, and just generally pleasant to be around for what ends up being an extended period of time while you look for houses.I thought he did well in paying attention to what we were looking for in a house and not trying to sell us on things or items we weren't comfortable with. When we wanted him to weigh in on something, he comes across impartially in a way that better highlights your options than pushing you in a direction, which is a trait I really appreciated. When we ultimately decided on a house, one which had a lot of issues with it, he worked hard in negotiating more out of the seller and stayed in close touch with us. Overall I thought he did a great job and we'd definitely use him again in selling or buying a house.
