I met Mason through a referral and I am so glad God sent him our way. I was laid off from my job in California and wanted to move our family to my home state of Texas. We decided to put a house in escrow before moving using my VA. Mason went out of his way to make this work. He took extra photos of the houses we were interested in and was with us 100% of the way. He was NEVER out of reach. He helped us negotiate a price that was $9000 less than the already low asking price. We came out like bandits with an additional $4000 of equity when the house closed. Mason has an integrity and honesty that is rare to find. He is young and still learning but always admitted when he did not know an answer yet he always dug deep to return with a solution. If you want somebody who is truly on your side then I highly recommend Mason Bleasdell.
