My wife and I could not have been luckier to have worked with a gifted realtor like Joe to find our new home. He is a true professional who knows the local Chicago market well and was able to advise us about virtually every aspect of the home buying process. As first time home buyers, we found searching for a home to be a daunting endeavor, but Joe was patient with us and very responsive to our needs and inquiries. He worked with us for several months until we found the right home. When it came down making an offer and closing, Joe helped to streamline the entire process and connected us with great resources including, legal services and a bonded home inspection company. Joe went above and beyond and when asked, helped to orchestrate the closing process by communicating with the bank, lawyer, inspector, insurer etc. This was very helpful considering our very busy schedules. We are very grateful to Joe for helping us to find our dream home and highly recommend him.

Joe is literally the hardest worker we know. He got the ball rolling so quickly when we decided we wanted to sell our condo. His response time is phenomenal and makes you feel like you are his only client. No matter time of day, if we had a question whether through text or email, he would answer within minutes. He never held any information back from us and would let us know as soon as he heard something. When it came to buying, he was always super quick at booking showings. He was honest about the houses we were looking at without overstepping. We found ourselves asking for his opinion and advice because we trust him so much. Its very obvious that Joe is not in this just to make money but genuinely cares about his clients and wants the best for them. Everyone he recommended from the stager to attorney were terrific. Selling and buying a home at the same time is stressful, especially during Covid, but with Joes excellent communication and education throughout this process it really made it much more pleasant. Highly recommend him!
