Matt was referred to me from a friend, who also used him as a result of a referral from a co-worker. My situation was a little unique given that we were selling a house and a full lot side yard with separate tax IDs. I was concerned about our ability to sell both given that my previous experience was that no lender would provide a mortgage on land that wasnt being developed. Matt did extensive research and found a lender that would in fact provide a mortgage. In preparing for the sale, Matt also stressed the importance of staging and freshening up the house with new paint (house was 10 years old) aEUR" he was right, it showed WAY better and was worth the minimal cost and hassle. The house and yard were listed on a Wed, he held an open house on Sat and within days we had several offers. Matts guidance in evaluating and negotiating the offers was incredibly helpful. But more importantly, Matt was instrumental in making sure the deal closed aEUR" which wasnt without its speed bumps... MAJOR speed bumps. It required constant and diligent follow up throughout all stages and aspects of the sale. If it were not for Matt, this process would have been a disaster and probably wouldnt have ever closed. Matt is incredibly responsive, he cares, hes a true advisor and went well beyond the call of duty to make this happen for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Matt to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction and think that youd be crazy to even consider using anyone else.

We were given a raving recommendation for Matt Liss back in 2012 from a friend who had just purchased his first home with Matt's help. We decided to work with him after having meaningful and educational conversations on the home buying process and different areas of the city. Over a period of time we saw a handful of properties with him, and if for some reason he wasn't available he made sure he had a trusted associate help us out so that we could see it on our schedule. We, being extremely picky, having many requirements(some unrealistic), and being in a fast market, found the home we loved this summer. Matt took us to the finish line and was available to us whenever we needed him. What stood out to us during our time working with Matt was that he gave honest opinions and was patient with us.
