Michelle visited our home, took some measurements and photos, and interviewed us about appliances and any known issues. A short while later, she provided us with an estimate for a selling price and some advice on projects that might help the home sell more quickly and for a higher price. Once we got the home ready, she brought a skilled photographer to take photos for the listing. After listing, she kept us informed on scheduled showings and reported any feedback from folks who had viewed our home. After we got an offer, she was very helpful in trying to decide whether or not to make a counter offer and what other options we might have. She also went out of her way to get a chimney sweep to come in last minute as we had not done that prior to the sale. Michelle did all this while we were moving across the country and was of immense help to us as we looked for a home in our new city. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
