Danielle helped me buy my first house, an investment property, and she was simply amazing. I visited New Orleans to see family for Thanksgiving holiday, and to see properties for sale, mainly duplexes. A few real estate agents I contacted about properties posted on Zillow etc, kindly responded to my emails, a couple of called, while Danielle went out of her way to set up a meeting and show properties around the city realizing I was in town for a short period of time and time was of essence. She found time even though it was Holidays and most other agents weren?t working that week. She did her research and took us to a few select properties which were within my budget and right on target. She was informative and provided great guidance to me given that I was new to the real estate buying process. Her personality, communication, and work ethic is excellent, and she put in a lot of effort during the process. The transaction took extremely long to complete because it was an investment property, with a lender and buyer out of Louisiana. Danielle was extremely patient and accommodating. She showed us the houses and answered many questions and provided objective information and opinions about the New Orleans market, opportunities, and homes individually. She made the process easier than it could have been, especially with various obstacles we had that required a few extensions. Given that it was during the holiday season I appreciated the extra effort she took to accommodate us. She knew what it took and understood how much we cared to buy the particular property and her knowledge of the law and persistence paid of. She was always available, by phone, text, email, even during her own vacation. I was happy and pleased with the experience and appreciate her professionalism, and personal rapport she built with us. I would strongly recommend Danielle for those seeking to buy a home or investment properties in New Orleans metro area.
