Brooke helped us find our first home and we are very grateful. My husband and I were new to the area and were very specific about what we wanted, an established neighborhood with mature trees, lots of light, and sidewalks. These specifications were challenging to come by given many of the neighborhoods in Lafayette Co. and the high demand for housing. However, Brooke made it happened! She showed us a home that had just gone on the market and was not even listed yet. We loved the home and were able to put in an offer early and get the home we wanted. We are grateful for all of her support and motivation throughout the process. Since we were first time buyers we were not sure what to expect from a realtor. My biggest fear was to get a pushy impatient realtor; however, Brooke was the complete opposite. She was so patient and supportive throughout the whole process. She really listened to our comments when we saw other homes and tailored future showings to our wants. We highly recommend her - very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable in her profession.
