Bryan made my first time home buying experience super simple and seamless. A friend of mine sent my information to Bryan and I was contacted within the hour. Bryan took time to explain the entire home buying process and taking note of what my interests were in a home. Over the next few weeks, we filtered through showings and listings to find the perfect home. When we did select the perfect home to put an offer in, Bryan went above and beyond to make sure the deal happened. He stayed up close to midnight to help me get the final paperwork submitted. After the seller accepted our offer Bryan was still there every step of the way to make sure inspection and closing went off without a hitch. I am thoroughly impressed with his punctual communication and dedication to customer satisfaction. If and when I go to purchase another property, Bryan will be the first person I call.

This was my first time buying a house and had no clue what to do or who to contact to get the process started. From day one Bryan put me in touch with everyone I needed to and made my life easier and made me feel comfortable.I was very picky in what I was looking for which didn't make his job any easier in a crazy market. We'd look at house after house and when I'd get discouraged he'd keep a positive attitude which kept me going. I'd text Bryan early in the morning and would always get a quick response.
