Julie is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I had a house in mind I wanted to buy, looked over reviews on Zillow, and decided to go with Julie Held. She was very responsive in my request and stayed in touch with me closely every step of the way. From the very beginning she outlined the process needed for me to buy the house. At each step she reminded me of what I needed to do in order to avoid any problems. She is very friendly and knows the area well. She has great references and everyone she works with spoke very highly of her. She recommended several local businesses, banks, lawyers, etc that we were able to review and use throughout the process. We took every one of her recommendations without any hiccups or regrets. She was in contact with the mortgage lender and lawyer with updates that enabled everyone involved to remain on the same page.I recommend Julie Held without exception.
