We highly recommend Caroline James with Mantle Realty. On our first out of state phone call with Caroline we knew she was the realtor for us! She explained how the realty laws of North Carolina were set up. She set up showings for us for the short weekend we were in town. She was extremely knowledgeable on the NC real estate laws and also knew so much about the area and neighborhoods which gave us a lot of confidence. She was able to answer all of our questions and find out any answers that had not been made know ahead of showings. She seamlessly guided us through the process of putting in a successful offer that was accepted. We were buying a house in North Carolina from out of state. We were not able to be at any of the inspections, but Caroline set up each one and made sure that she was there on our behalf, looking out for our best interest and answering all of our MANY questions in a timely manner. Caroline worked with her transaction coordinator, Tiffany, and they took excellent care of every detail for us while we were selling our house in New Hampshire. They went above and beyond what most realtors would do for their clients. She would be our top choice if we were to move within this area again. We would recommend her to anyone in this area! Buying a house is a stressful process, particularly through a pandemic. Jessica was so helpful throughout this process and we could not have done this without her. My partner and I had a difficult process of moving states and figuring out new jobs and selling a property in another state. Jessica was so patient with us, gave us great insight, and lots of space to make decisions and to change our minds.
