Buying a house is a stressful process, particularly through a pandemic. Jessica was so helpful throughout this process and we could not have done this without her. My partner and I had a difficult process of moving states and figuring out new jobs and selling a property in another state. Jessica was so patient with us, gave us great insight, and lots of space to make decisions and to change our minds. The process of looking for a house in a highly competitive market was a rollercoaster, but whenever Jessica saw a property that she thought matched our style she would send it over and make sure we could get in for a showing, and if we liked it put in an offer as quickly as possible. Jessica went above and beyond with following up with other realtors, working to make our deal the sweetest. The house that we eventually ended up buying, Jessica was able to squeeze us in last minute and because of a scheduling miscommunication on my part- she picked up my partner to go check out the property.
