We worked with Rachel and Skye from out of state for several months before relocating to Manitou Springs. Our first meeting was on a Zoom call (about 10 months into the Covid pandemic)! It was clear from the start that Rachel and Skye are very knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to communicate with, responsive and informative in a straightforward manner. Also, they were extremely patient with my husband and I!!! We thought we would be comfortable buying a home from afar, which is why we started the process so early on. Through all those many months they gracefully walked us through each step, offered us Zoom tours, answering all of our questions and doing the research where needed, whenever a house came on the market that we were potentially interested in. In the end, for us, it was too stressful to make such a big decision from out of state, so we ended up waiting until we could be here in person to buy our new home. This spring, after less than a month of being here in Colorado, we came upon a lovely house in our favorite neighborhood, and even in this market, we were able to easily secure the home without any unpleasantness or prolonged stressful "battles", all thanks to the skillful and wise advice of our realtors. We highly recommend working with Rachel and her team!
