They have high integrity and are very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. They have treated us with so much professionalism and have represented us well on the purchase side of the transaction. Manesh has very keen listening skills which many realtors lack today. He took the time to understand our needs, first before showing any properties. He is very data driven and, in our case, he thoroughly researched and armed us with plenty of relevant data so we could make an informed decision. Once we identified the house that we liked, he did a fabulous job of negotiating on our behalf and got us the best deal possible. Along the way, Manesh, was extremely responsive in answering our questions, often responding immediately, even to our late-night texts (Thank you Manesh). What sets Manesh apart is that he is obsessed about making sure his clients are satisfied and happy even after the transaction is complete. Even a month after our transaction was complete, Manesh, continues to help us find the right contractors, or just provide guidance on local restaurants etc. Manesh and Tania are more than realtors for us now. We were first time home buyers in this crazy market and I can confidently say that the only reason we secured our dream house was because we were working with Manesh. Im very confident in this fact because we had another agent that we were working with who was referred to us by a friend that we felt wasnt a good fit. Well, it was a night and day difference when we started working with Manesh. Our prior agent was very experienced (about 20-30 years of experience) but Manesh is really on a different level and we knew we made the right decision from the first home we toured with him. So what was it like working with this consummate professional? 1) PROFESSIONALISM: First of all, Manesh closely adhered to his professional duty to act as our representative and to protect our interests as his clients. This is absolutely #1 and Manesh saved us from financial ruin TWO times during our search. As first time home buyers, we were in an extremely vulnerable position and Manesh protected us from ourselves and unscrupulous sellers looking to take advantage of buyers. He correctly assessed the risks and counseled us to make offers that protected us--in both incidents he put in the protections needed in our offer while remaining competitive. While we could have won those two houses but after inspections they turned out to be bad deals. Because of the protections he put in we were able to cancel the deals and move on with our search without losing our earnest money or taking any financial losses. Ultimately, he was able to save us a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on our winning offer because he correctly assessed the buyers position, and knew that we had some leverage we could exercise to push the deal in our favor. We are FOREVER GRATEFUL to Manesh for his professionalism and staying true to his ethical obligations as a Realtor. 2) COMMUNICATIONS: Manesh is an excellent communicator--one of the BEST Ive ever had to opportunity to work with. His efficiency in communication is matched with a charismatic touch that really makes the whole process feel effortless. We ALWAYS felt like we knew what was going on in the process and it left us free to worry about our side of the deal. I cannot emphasize enough how much this helped us in our home search and buying experience. Clear, concise, and ACCURATE communication--we always felt like Manesh was in the loop and he often corrected our own mistakes or inaccuracies. We never felt like we had to second guess Manesh, although as responsible buyers we always did our best to fulfill our obligations to verify and do our due diligence. Ultimately, we made the decisions but Manesh helped ensure 3) INDUSTRY AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE: Manesh knows the Seattle/Eastside and surrounding areas very well, and he isnt shy about sharing his perspective about a property. I loved this about Manesh--hes straight forward and will tell you the good, bad, and ugly about the property. He had a lot of insights and I enjoyed these interactions with him. I really felt like I was working with one of my expert colleagues at the office on a project together. Manesh brought his experience and knowledge, and I did my part of the project defining the goals and desired parameters. My real estate knowledge grew as I worked with Manesh and we could have more and more sophisticated conversations over the course of our search--as I my knowledge grew, Manesh was always there to offer more. Finally, I really feel like I became friends with Manesh through this process. The process was pretty stressful because of the market conditions and Manesh saw us through the emotional highs and lows. He was supportive and helped anchor us to reality throughout the search. Its really hard not to like Manesh! We looked forward to our home tours because we liked being around him--it really helped eased some of the stress of our home search. So after we closed on the house we were a little sad because we became so used to our regular check-ins and communications with Manesh ??. Thank you so much Manesh!!! We miss you!
