Katie was a joy to work with. Her knowledge of the area was very helpful as we are from another state. We told her what we were wanting in a property and she helped us to consider things we hadn't thought of. We were in our previous home for over 40 years and some things had changed. She helped us find everything we were looking for. Katie has such a great attitude and sense of humor. The hours we spent in her car driving around looking at potential properties was fun. She was very patient with us when we wanted specific features for our new home. It was always enjoyable when we spent the afternoon with her. She knows all of the little towns and the available homes or knows how to find out about them quickly. She never left us waiting for information. She returned call quickly with the information we needed. Katie is very patient. We contacted her a year before we were ready to buy. She kept in touch by e-mail. Not bugging us but letting us know she would be there when we needed her. Her office is very easy to get to. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone interested in buying or selling a property. She seems to enjoy her job and she is definitely a people person. She would always easily reached by phone or e-mail. Whichever was easiest for us. The closing went very smoothly and any prior concerns about anything she handles without any hesitation.
