Maya worked with me for six months until I found the perfect apartment; she never gave up on me no matter how picky I was, and she remained patient and confident that I would find an apartment that was the right fit for my tastes and budget, even when I got discouraged. I appreciated Maya's patience and honesty. We started broad - I had no sense of the market so Maya showed me units that were in my price range, and some that were slightly above - so that I had a firm understanding of what I could afford, and why some amenities I wanted were not available in my price range. Once I knew exactly what I wanted, and what my deal breakers were, Maya zeroed in on units that fit the bill and gave me the lowdown on the pros and cons. In that six month period, I bid on very few apartments. Finally, when an offer was accepted, I freaked out. Maya guided me through the whole process and it went very smoothly. This was almost three years ago and I'm still grateful every day for my dream apartment.
