We bought our first home with Darcy and Maghielse & Co 9 years ago. Last year we started casually looking at homes by going to open houses and ran into Darcy! Once we reconnected, she started sending me homes in our area for our price range. When we would run into homes we wanted to see, she got us all set up and with the one we are buying, got us in before many others could even view the home! Once we decided to make an offer, she came up with a game plan that got us the house and we didn't have to go over asking price! With how quick the purchasing went, we then had to focus on the selling of our first home. She was able to get the appraiser and stager out quickly! It was listed on a Wednesday, open house on a Sunday, and sold with 5 offers, over asking, on that Monday! Darcy and Maghielse & Co were always a call/text/email away and quickly answered any of our questions. I'm sure Darcy got sick of our texts!
