Craig is the best realtor we or any of our friends have ever used. He made the home buying process much more enjoyable. I highly recommend him as a realtor or property consultant to everyone. He has many strengths. I will describe a few we noticed.1) Craig is extremely responsive. He was available at all hours of the day. When timing was critical, he always came through.2) He is a master negotiator. He helped us make the right first offer and his perception of the circumstances gave us leverage in the negotiations. We had to go back and forth with the other realtor many, many times and Craig constantly stayed on top of it. 3) Craig is highly knowledgeable in the Highlands area. He not only knows the macro trends of the Denver area, but he was also able to explain market trends within the Highlands neighborhood. This helped us to better understand the value propositions of each property. He showed us what a given home would be valued at in different areas. He carefully selected homes for showings that demonstrated the different price/quality levels, so we could find the best value for us.4) He really cared about us and treated us as partners throughout the whole process. I would even call him a friend after spending so much time together.It would be tough to find a more committed, caring, and savvy realtor in Denver. Craig wont let you down!
