I confess that by the time I met John I was tired. Choosing to sell, never mind DOING it, is sometimes a physically, mentally & emotionally exhausting process! Not only did John s knowledge, expertise, responsiveness & negotiation skills prove to be on target (we closed for the price & in the month he anticipated before he even had our listing) but his enthusiasm for real estate, EVEN the ever changing regulatory & technology/safety aspects, provided a more seamless experience than I could have hoped for! That doesn t mean there was nothing unexpected . As the largest investment & monetary transaction most of us will ever make, real estate, even residential, is complicated & demanding! But John s essential goodwill, toward ALL parties, & his well balanced humility & expertise consistently energized me at every point in the process!
