We were looking for a home to relocate to in our move from California to Oregon. While we were up scouting locations, we found a new development that we were interested in. We were referred to Amanda and she returned our call within minutes. Amanda went above and beyond during every step of the process. She took the time to schedule and show us other homes being completed by the same builder (at the time, our new home was at the footing stage) and worked tirelessly to get our offer in and accepted during the 5 days we were in the area. Amanda was our eyes and ears during the build and took frequent trips to the job site to photograph and keep us abreast of progress. She was fully committed to working on our behalf with the builder and their designer by helping us with color and finish choices, upgrades and managing amendments. When there were "hick ups" (and there always will be during a complicated process), Amanda put forth superhuman efforts to bring solutions and resolve issues.
