I met Konnie thru Craigs list. - no - not what it sounds like. My wife and I had just moved here from Atlanta and we were looking for a rental to stay in for a year and we just happened to come across a rental that she was offering. We didnt get the one that she had posted - but she was very proactive and helpful and we had year rental in a nice quiet area of Manassas Park. Sure enough - a few short months later we started the home search and after countless drive-bys, Saturday and Sunday afternoons, We stumbled across a foreclosure property that felt perfect. It was way, way out of our price range. Konnie made some calls and told us to just wait and see what happened...Sure enough - it fell off the market, a new agent picked it up and re-listed it. We went under contract right away, and used Konnie as a key building block to our successful closing 2 months later (selling realtor was a shrew and the owning bank was...difficult. Konnie stuck with us, all the way to the closing table. She was a rock solid agent and friend even at the last minute when we almost backed out of the deal due to pre-closing case of buyers remorse and nerves - reminding us that this was a great home and we could begin to see our dreams come true there. We closed on a Friday in December...the 8th I believe and Konnie and we have stayed in touch thru the years (its been 5 already) I will certainly be using Konnie to list this home and help us start our next adventure as we expand our family here in a few years. I will state that Konnie is truly a great agent - We counted on her expertise and knowledge and never once did she fail us. Trust me...Trust her - you wont be disappointed.
