I first met Marilyn Miranda about 14 years ago when I took a course she taught to help prospective first-time home buyers navigate the process of selecting and buying a home. Were it not for her, I probably would not have had the confidence to go through with the purchase of my condominium. I will be forever grateful to her for that because it turned out to be a very wise investment.Fourteen years later, when I decided to rent that very same condominium unit, Ms. Miranda and I happened to be seated at the same table at a wedding and she informed me that she was now a real estate agent.Based on my previous experience with her, I immediately asked her to be my agent for the rental.
