I have used Marlyn in two capacities both as realtor and as a property manager. She exemplifies professionalism in the real estate world, one that can be tricky to navigate. She has helped me procure excellent tenants as a realtor, always ensuring that both parties needs are well matched. She has a really good feel for who would make ideal tenants, counseling the landlord about those things that we might overlook. Due to my home being away from Hartford, I needed someone to manage my property, and I asked Marlyn to help me with this also. She has proven invaluable in this respect, as she will field the concerns of the tenant, and try her utmost to help resolve any matters big or small. Her detailed reports and her resourcefulness in addressing issues are just some of the ways in which she has proven to be top notch as a property manager. My mother and I would like to recommend Marlyn Miranda as an excellent real state broker. We began to work with Marlyn about three years ago. At that time, we were looking for our first home in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut area. Marlyn listened well, was attentive to our needs and strived to understand our likes and dislikes. Marlyn never tried to steer us to view homes that didnt fit the profile we discussed with her.We didnt feel rushed, nor were her opinions about each home we viewed anything less that 100% sincere. Some homes were just not aEUR~us and she shared that opinion with us as well.Several months later, our situation changed and we began to seek a primary home, with different requirements.
