I recently completed selling an inherited house in Sacramento with the help of Stephanie Valentine. Stephanie gave me lots of advice on how to fix up the property for sale. There were many times when she facilitated work done on the house by recommending contractors and even opening the place up for them.Every single person that Stephanie recommended (from locksmith to plumber to painter to exterminator to gardener to cleaner) was excellent. I was selling this property for long distance. Stephanie's help and knowledge of the Sacramento area were instrumental in getting the place ready to sell and then sold. I can't speak highly enough about her. I have never met a better real estate agent, and I have purchased and/or sold property fifteen times from the East Coast to the West. Stephanie meets her commitments ahead of time. She is versatile and quite creative with solving problems (and a lot of problems came up with our old house). She is trustworthy and kind. Again, she is simply great to work with. Best real estate experience that I have ever had. There were many hurdles because of the state of the property and the family dynamics involved in selling the home we grew up in. Stephanie was the ultimate diplomat and problem solver. Kudos to her!
