Above and beyond! Nancy is by far the best agent we have ever worked with! Being new to the area, Nancy was extremely helpful and patient with us as we decided what area we wanted! She was very knowledgeable with the neighborhoods that we were looking in and always made sure that all of our questions got answered. Even as we narrowed down the areas, she always continued to offer feedback, make suggestions and look into things that we were unsure of. Nancy was always quick to respond to our calls, texts and emails even if they were after "typical" business hours! As closing date approached, Nancy made sure that we were aware of what was happening and that we were comfortable with the steps. Every question that was asked, was met with respect and genuine care! Nancy made the whole process a pleasure and as smooth as possible. Even after the closing, she continues to check and make sure that we are happy with and comfortable with our new place!
