We just bought our first home with John's help! Being first time home buyers, we were nervous, didn't know what to expect, and had lots of questions. John made himself available on short notices to see homes we were interested in right away. He knew what to look for (potential issues in a house), pointing out things as we walked around. It is a really competitive market, but with John's help we were able to get our first offer accepted and we feel very good that we didn't overpay, but we chose the house and budget that made the most sense for us. We went into escrow at a very crazy busy time with a Hawaii vacation that was already planned beginning before the second week of escrow. John was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and we closed on time. He went to the house to over see the chimney and pest inspections since we couldn't be there but we were at peace knowing that he was at the house and would alert us of any issues. We can not thank him enough for getting us into our home and making the process so smooth. Thank you John!
