When it came to selling our home, I was nervous. There was a lot riding on the sale of our home. Our future was riding on the sale of our property and that meant a lot was going to ride on the realtor we chose. To further our dilemma our home, was a complicated sell, it was a multi-family home, with sq. ft. and building style unlike anything else in the county (we know we looked).
