Shelly displayed excellent skills in all areas noted for recommendations and would add her charming personality and helpfulness. She appeared to know the areas well as was demonstrated by her ease in having no difficulty finding the listings and locating remotes for entering the homes. Her expertise was apparent by her knowledge about home appearances; repairs needed and approximate cost for repairs; quality of the home for asking price and location; property location and proximity to trains, buses, schools, shopping centers; industry, railroads, and freeways; and of great import: the impact of being close to those items listed. She quickly responded to questions or to give additional information via email, texts, or phone calls. She showed great effective negotiating ability for setting up the sale process with loan officer and property realtor and getting the seller to agree to a list of items that needed to be fixed or removed from the premises. I have worked with various Real Estate Professionals in the past and she appeared to have it 100 percent on the ball in comparison. I was very pleased with her service and I would highly recommend her. I give her Five Stars in all areas.
