We recently sold our house through Sherry as a short sale. Because I was recommended to Sherry very late in the foreclosure process, she had very little time to market and sell our house. Well, in less than 1 week Sherry pulled off an almost impossible task, she listed, marketed and sold our house to qualified buyers. Most importantly however, she was able to stop the pending foreclosure sale literally in the last few hours. That was no easy job, she was on the phone relentlessly for days (and nights) and many, many hours trying to connect with the right people in all parts of the country to stop the sale. Throughout this tense foreclosure ordeal Sherry was extremely professional and she showed a very high level of expertise. Sherry knows her business very well, she also has a heart of gold, she is honest and truly cares about the needs of her clients, I will very highly recommend Sherry Stuckey to everyone I know (and even people I don't know!)
