Anne is a wonderful agent to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the area and well-connected. We received so much personal time and attention - it was impressive. We knew we could count on a prompt, same-day response any time we had questions! Anne worked around our schedules and went out of her way to accommodate our availability for showings (holiday weekend, evenings, etc.). For every showing a packet was prepared that had detailed information on every house we were looking at (including the seller's disclosure, which was very useful). We also really appreciated her honesty in letting us know of potential pitfalls (e.g., mold issues or other problems to watch out for). Having an ethical, experienced, and responsive agent is invaluable. She's been so helpful to us. We will be recommending her to our friends and family, as well!

Anne is by far the best realtor in Lancaster.First, she was the most aggressive. She listed our house for $16,000 more than any other agent wanted to list it for. More importantly, she she sold the house at the hirer price. (We didn't sell, but it's a long story).Second, her aggressiveness spills over into the way she does business. She just doesn't stop because she has an innate will to win. This drive means that your phone calls are returned, the office is staffed on Sunday, when someone says they are coming by, they come by. She does what she says she will do and will do it without excuses. This means that the transactions required to sell your house actually happen.Third, Anne is probably one of the most connected people in the industry. That's important because she will hunt for a buyer. She has tremendous contacts outside the county too so she can bring in clients that other realtors just fish for.Fourth, she can bring a tremendous amount of resources to bear in selling your house. Online pictures and staging make a tremendous difference in selling a house. The people that Anne chooses to associate with are the best in their craft and therefore your house will move quicker. Trust me on this one, we keep half the stuff she brought into our house in oder to sell it. It was that nice. Finally, even if your house is not worth millions (mine wasn't) Anne will treat you with the same level of urgency that the larger net worth clients get. That meant a lot to us.We're lucky to have someone of this caliber in our locale.
