Anne is a wonderful agent to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the area and well-connected. We received so much personal time and attention - it was impressive. We knew we could count on a prompt, same-day response any time we had questions! Anne worked around our schedules and went out of her way to accommodate our availability for showings (holiday weekend, evenings, etc.). For every showing a packet was prepared that had detailed information on every house we were looking at (including the seller's disclosure, which was very useful). We also really appreciated her honesty in letting us know of potential pitfalls (e.g., mold issues or other problems to watch out for).
