My lovely wife and I decided to impulsively sell our house to move to Madrid for a spur-of-the-moment adventure. Since the house was not our forever home, we debated whether to sell our house in Austin, or to do short term rentals while we were away. We shopped around with several realtors. They orchestrated and performed everything in a very short period of time. They created a lovely and inviting home vibe. They made our house far more appealing to buyers. (3) Honest and Transparency: At every stage in the process they shared objective, honest and pragmatic perspectives on how to sell our house in the quickest manner, for the most money, with the least hassle for our family.
